Vice Rector Dao Thanh Truong welcomed the experts to visit and discuss directly with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Institute of Policy and Management, affirmed: During more than 20 years of cooperation, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, directly affiliated with IPAM, have successfully organized many international conferences, seminars and projects serving the interests of the community. As a leading research and training facility in the social sciences and humanities, IPAM and VNU-USSH are proud to advise many policies for the Vietnamese government, agencies and departments from central to local.

Ms. Katja Kipping shared: Visiting and working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is an opportunity for both sides to share research results, improve quality in training and co-publish. With a close relationship of more than 20 years between the university and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, the two sides will be a bridge to exchange students and lecturers, promote future training and scientific research activities, and actively contribute to the process of planning and implementing policies, promoting socio-economic development and international integration.
On the same day, experts from the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation had a discussion with scientists and students participating in the SETY 2024 summer camp project on topics such as sustainable development and socio-ecological transformation.
In January 2024, the Institute of Policy and Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi National University and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, Federal Republic of Germany had a working session and signed a document. Cooperate in implementing the SETY project and future community service projects. The project "Giới trẻ và các vấn đề về chuyển đổi sinh thái – xã hội và phát triển cộng đồng bền vững" has been implemented from 2022 until now is the result of cooperation between the Institute of Policy and Management (VNU-USSH) and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation. This is an important premise for the two sides to continue implementing the project to strengthen the capacity of students who are passionate about research and interested in environmental research issues, social welfare and sustainable development.
